About Human Nature
Human Nature is a platform for environmental art. Established in 2014 with a belief in the transformational power of art, we are founded on a strong set of environmental values.
Human Nature connects artists with organisations and enables the creation of provocative environmental art in unusual places. We enable both organisations and artists to grow audiences, to convey stories and ideas about the natural world.
We believe art changes people. We want to see a positive, sustainable and fair future, in which nature is a celebrated and valued part.
Charlotte is Founder and Creative Director of Human Nature, working on strategy, production, partnerships and communicatons. An artist and respected environmental and financial reform campaigner, she was curious to explore artists celebrating nature and speaking up on the environment. She began researching and writing about the concept of ‘environmental art’ as a movement in 2014. Then she started looking, properly. After many conversations, studio visits, street art tours and tip offs she started Human Nature. [/one_half]

She holds a BSc. in Geographical Sciences from the University of Bristol and has trained in Public Relations, journalism and documentary production. She specialises in communications strategy and campaigns, and now – environmental art. She also wants to see more art in the world.
